Q: how do I get the latest single?
A: all of the singles will be available to buy individually from all online retailers (itunes etc)
UK DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION
Q: how do I subscribe to all 26 singles ?
A: follow the link for UK digital subscription at 7digital. Once you have registered with your email address (if you are already a customer with 7digital, you can use your existing email address), you can download the singles in the MY DOWNLOADS section. As each new single becomes available, just return to the MY DOWNLOADS page (login first) and download as before.

Q: The 7Digital help page says the downloads won’t work on a mac?
A: This doesn't seem to the case. The tracks seem to download, play and import in iTunes without a problem.

A: Yes
Q: How do I get hold of these digital downloads?
A: A download link will become available in your order history on the day of release.
Q: How do I get the discount on the collector’s box?
A: When you sign up a box is reserved for you and you will be contacted in a couple of weeks, directly by Ash, with how to purchase the box at a discounted rate
Q: Can you pay for the subscription in parts – monthly/quarterly direct debit or via paypal when each vinyl is released?
A: No. We tried this system out and it proved to be too confusing for people. Now you have to subscribe for all 26, to receive all 26. Once we have sold out of subscriptions for the vinyl, we will be closing the UK vinyl subscription service.
Q: If I sign up after the first vinyl has been released, do I receive the previously released vinyls?
A: Yes.

Q: what is this bundled shipping option ?
A: you can opt to pay for delivery as and when the singles are released, OR have them shipped in bundles to lower your shipping costs. Please be aware that shipping won’t happen until at least six singles have been released, then the next six and so on.
Q: How do I receive my discount on the collector’s box?
A: The box has to be purchased (at a discounted rate) at the time of sign up. If you're having any problems getting this discount please contact info@mamstore.co.uk
